VLC的Android编译修补错误

根据compile vlc android error我有降负荷的Speex，git.tar.gz但DIT不行。和https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/11702正式显示的问题，但没有解决方案。

您可以比较路径vlc/contrib/src/speexdsp/neon.patch和https://github.com/videolan/vlc/blob/master/contrib/src/speexdsp/rules.mak之间的两个不同文件。
