无法运行指南针

我正在运行Linux Mint 15.我不知道这是一个Path问题，但我安装了指南针gem install compass并且它说1 gem installed。后来，当我键入compass -v我得到如下：

不得不把source ~/.bash_profile我的.bashrc文件里。但现在的错误是

这很奇怪。最后我擦掉了所有的东西，然后重新安装了RVM，Ruby，RubyGems和Compass，现在一切正常。真的不知道发生了什么。
