的只有两个地方，你可以得到当推发生的时间戳：

1）事件API - https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/。请参阅PushEvent：https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/types/#pushevent。但该API将仅返回过去90天内的最后300个活动。

2）webhooks - http://developer.github.com/webhooks/。请参阅pull_request事件，该事件告诉您何时通过推动更新头分支（synchronize）。但是您需要拥有管理员权限才能创建webhook。
