我认为这是因为你的输出比特率（128kb）高于你的输入比特率（106 kb）。

我刚刚做了一个快速测试，当我把我的输出高于我的输入时，我的失败与你的错误一样 - 当我再次降低它时成功。

这也许可以解释为什么它只对某些输入失败。

如果您以某种方式编写脚本，您必须先使用'ffmpeg -i'或MediaInfo之类的内容来先分析您的输入源并进行相应调整。
