软键盘隐藏布局的一部分？

我有一个问题，点击我的布局底部的EditText，显示一个软键盘。问题是，当我点击EditText和软键盘显示，我可以通过我的ListView滚动，但我已经宣布之前的列表视图中的布局，这是ActionBar和RelativeLayout，都是隐藏的。在我的AndroidManifest中，我宣称：android:windowSoftInputMode="stateAlwaysHidden|adjustPan"。我以为这是因为我没有添加ScrollView作为我的布局的父母，但是当我这样做时，没有任何改变。这是我的尝试：
