可能与你的venv有关。您是否在系统上创建了venv并加载了需求文件？当你冻结虚拟环境时，需求列表说明了什么（pip freeze> requirements.txt） – bcollins

您需要强制pip使用默认本地化设置。相反的：

pip install mysql-python

做：

LC_ALL=C pip install mysql-python

如果碰上一个error: Python.h: No such file or directory，那么你就需要安装额外的库：

yum install python-devel
