$ export CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH

这里安装后对我工作（OSX 10.10.2）

通过安装unixODBC MacPorts 没有w ork。端口本身安装并自动更新包含路径，编译器找到sql.h。但是，然后链接器失败。
安装unixodbc通过自制软件工程。包含路径不是已更新，但可以修复，如其他答案所示。

对于安装odbc包，你可以使用下面的shell脚本：

#!/usr/bin/env bash 

SRC_ODBC=/usr/local/Cellar/unixodbc/2.3.2_1/include 
export C_INCLUDE_PATH=$C_INCLUDE_PATH:$SRC_ODBC 
export CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH=$CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH:$SRC_ODBC 
npm install odbc
