我无法启动项目。 此前，在Windows 7上一切正常。

但是当我切换到10时，项目停止运行，给我一个HTTP 500错误。

我无法解决谁知道问题是什么？

我检查了程序集中的所有引用，看起来，一切都是按顺序的。 在DEBUG发现错误 -
