Android Map已经完全加载

我有一个需求，在我需要采取mapview的图像，并用它来显示在pdf中。我能够拍摄图像并以pdf格式显示，但唯一的问题是，当我拍摄MapView时，有时地图没有完全密封。

有哪些可以通知我，如果地图是满载或任何其他方式知道如果地图采用的是Android应用程序加载的任何事件。

那么结果是什么我结束了太多天是有发现它没有100％的存在保证方式。有几个方法存在思想其中之一是：

canCoverCenter 
public boolean canCoverCenter() 
Checks whether we currently have a map tile to cover the center of the map. 

Returns: 
True if there is a tile for the center, false otherwise.
