Ehhmm所以我找到了解决办法。

我的Procfile有一个.txt扩展名（所以Procfile.txt），而它只需要Procfile。

退出一个愚蠢的错误，但我想我应该留下答案在这里供将来参考。也许这会节省别人的时间。
