在其他计算机上尝试完整安装过程后，我发现了导致此问题的问题。在安装说明中声明需要“VS 2015 Express for Windows Desktop”。但是，Visual Studio本身还不够，安装人员时也必须安装Windows 10 SDK。

回想起来，它似乎很明显，但对于初学JS本地相关技术的人来说，在README中显式声明它可能很有用。 :)
