这似乎是说,您在R图形窗口上的原始输出是好的。如果您想将绘图保存为pdf文件,请先不要在R图形窗口上生成它,然后保存它。您应该立即将它绘制在pdf文件上。使用以下内容:

pdf("myplot.pdf") ## open a pdf file for plotting 
## ... your R code for plotting 
dev.off() ## close pdf; you must do this!
