Numpy升级失败

由于Errno 1无法升级numpy，请帮助我如何升级numpy。也试过Unistalling，但它不能卸载numpy抛出相同的错误。Numpy升级失败

[OSX El Capitan：sudo pip install OSError：\ [Errno：1 \] Operation not permitted]（https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33004708/osx-el-capitan-sudo-pip-安装-OSERROR-错误号-1-操作不许可） –

试用python -m pip install SomePackage。 -m表示它将安装最新版本的软件包。还有一个很好的解释，看看here。
