带条件的弹簧文件配置

在我的弹簧配置中，当我开始测试时，我正在加载包含所有cxf服务的文件。有时候，我不想在我的测试中加载这些服务，因为没有必要，我希望能够快速工作。

我已经以这种方式加载的所有我的CXF服务：

<import resource="classpath:services-app-ib-es-test.xml" /> 

我可以改变这一行读它只能在有条件的办法吗？事情是这样的：

<if javavm param loadcxf = true> 
    <import resource="classpath:services-app-ib-es-test.xml" /> 
</if>

使用Spring 3.1，你可以使用Profile功能，赋予曲线的JM的参数或属性文件。

我不知道弹簧2.x.
