      contain failure information.

      server: server1; 
probable error executing WASService.exe: Starting 
      Service: gh-vdistlsv153Node02 
Service failed to start. startServer 
      return code = -1

你看到正在创建的应用程序服务器的SystemOut和SystemErr文件？如果是的话，打开它并在那里寻找错误。

我认为你更有可能看不到这些文件，在这种情况下，这意味着服务没有启动Java。
