Ajaxplorer - HTTP错误404

我对Ajaxplorer有问题。我已经配置它用于上传和下载文件，这也工作得很好，但只是当文件小于100M时。当我尝试上传一个更大的文件时，会出现一个HTTP错误404（上传显示为已完成但出现错误）的I/O错误。
