Redmine不能从其他电脑工作

我已经在centos 7中安装了redmine 3.2版本，它在localhost：3000中工作在同一台机器上。但它不能在同一网络中的其他电脑上工作。 我已经允许3000端口，并试图阻止firewalld也。

在使用“ruby bin/rails server webrick -e production -p 3000”之前，似乎与redmine startup cmd有关，它只能在localhost中工作。现在使用这个命令“ruby bin/rails server webrick -e production -b 192.168.XX.XX -p 3000”与ipaddress工作正常。
