安装OSX：文件系统验证或修复失败

在启动时按下了cmd + R后，我尝试重新安装。这需要大约20分钟之前，我得到一个错误说：

file system verify or repair failed 
quit the installer to restart your computer and try again 

我试图急救，通过磁盘工具，但后来我得到这个错误：

First aid process has failed. if possible back up the data 
on this volume. Click done to continue. 

和磁盘工具擦除给出了这样的：

The disk disk1 couldn't be ejected 
Couldn't unmount disk. 
Operation failed.. 

有没有人知道这个解决方案？我的Mac最近一直在冻结，并且出现了很多bug，所以我非常期待一个干净的版本。

试图下载后访问磁盘实用程序给了我错误。我重新启动机器，直接进入磁盘实用程序并清除磁盘，解决了问题。
