经过无尽的谷歌搜索（没有结果），我们偶然发现问题是rsync复制使用的端口4444在服务器之间关闭。在防火墙上打开端口（接受来自对方的所有内容）后，一切正常。

该消息不是非常具有描述性。因此，如果最终结果如下：

这可能意味着您的复制设置不错，但连接本身不起作用。

它也可能是一个问题，rsync守护进程不正确停止和MariaDB的作为运行中没有检测。它需要手动杀死以释放4444端口。

不知道它是否相关，但在所有配置中都有所有的服务器地址，例如：wsrep_cluster_address ='gcomm：//10.0.0.1,10.0.0.2,10.0.0.3'为我解决了这个问题。 – Soth

检查服务器之间是否打开port 4444。如果它被防火墙阻止，那么你也会得到同样的错误。
