无法访问HTTP，只有HTTPS

我的IIS服务器上，我创建了一个Web应用程序，并添加两个绑定：

1. http 80 binding for www.mydomain.com 
2. https 443 binding for www.mydomain.com 

我只能访问，当我访问http://www.mydomain.com，我得到了这个问题：

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. 
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

我想起来的第一件事就是你的ISP。有些互联网服务提供商阻止端口80接入流量，他们不希望他们的客户在家中拥有自己的网络主机。
