错误安装scrapy使用的PyPI

我在Debian 6与python 2.7，我已经使用命令试图scrapy（根据the doc）安装时：

pip install Scrapy 

，并得到这个错误

我认为问题是安装Twisted库时，所以我试图单独安装它使用：

pip install Twisted 

并得到相同的错误。

我该如何解决这个问题？

尝试安装python2.7-dev包。
