nuget欺骗了我的vs 2010安装

安装了nuget，以便更容易地添加对我的项目的引用，出错了，2010年停止响应时，我试图启动它。试图通过devenv/log打开它，并得到6错误，设法重新安装几个程序，所以现在只剩1个。
