无法使本地清单文件作为默认回购同步

从谷歌下载Nexus 5x android源代码之后，我想将我们的代码集成到它。所以，我在.repo/local_manifests/local_manifest.xml下创建了一个本地清单文件。

我跑repo init -m .repo/local_manifests/local_manifest.xml并得到以下错误。
