split和grep是你的朋友，为的是遍历列表中的惯用做法。简单地遍历第一个数组，只提取想要匹配的部分（使用split在.字符上拆分元素，然后只取第一个条目），然后使用正则表达式grep从元素开始到:第二阵列：

    my $to_match = (split /\./, $elem)[0]; 
    if (my ($matched) = grep {$_ =~ /^\Q$to_match:/} @amplicon_exon){
