添加稳定标记版本引导到您的composer.json：

"require": 
    "twbs/bootstrap": "3.0.3"

或只是运行：

composer require twbs/bootstrap:3.0.3

否则任何引导更新，可以很容易地打破你的新功能的应用程序（向后突破兼容性）可能被引入。

现在 - 而不是使用git协议更新依赖关系 - 您可以告诉作曲家下载您的依赖项的zip-package代替dist。如果遇到连接问题或超时情况，这通常会有所帮助。

composer update twbs/bootstrap --prefer-dist --no-dev --optimize-autoloader
