PayPal Sandbox中没有获得对监听器的IPN响应

我在PayPal沙盒按钮中创建了一个递归付款按钮。但在付款后从PayPal付款返回测试帐户时，IPN响应未返回。在登录IPN历史记录时，它显示IPN消息已生成。

ipn_POST_data在侦听器中为null。
