您必须升级到较新版本的ReSharper（6.0及更高版本）。没有办法解决5.1.3。

在Visual Studio 2010中，该程序集已经安装到.NET GAC，并由ReSharper成功解决。运行MSTest单元测试失败是由其他原因造成的。
