很显然，我用不上到machine.config文件... 我真的不如何解决这件事情......

GoDaddy的没有自己的服务器上安装了MySQL。你可以bin部署它。你需要的数据库供应商部分添加到您的web.config中像这样的：

一定要版本更改为你把任何版本的bin目录。
