查找一个月的第三个星期日之前的星期一

如何在shell脚本中为接下来的N个月生成“本月第三个星期一前的星期一”列表？

date识别相当广泛的一组操作（today + 3 months，例如），但我还没有发现任何适合我的需要。

任何使用常见的GNU和BSD命令都可以。一个bash特定的答案也可以。

这只是一个月的第一天16 - '%u'。

expr `date -d"$year-$month-1" +'16 - %u'` 

%u day of week (1..7); 1 is Monday
