CURL调用不上传文件从本地到远程服务器PHP

嗨我有以下CURL调用将本地文本文件上传到另一个位置，现在只在localhost（即为了测试目的，一旦运行我将成功推送服务器位置）。但问题是本地文本文件没有发布。有什么办法来发布文件。CURL调用不上传文件从本地到远程服务器PHP
