如何使复选框信息附加到电子邮件

我的联系表单上有3个复选框。该表单可以在复选框例外的情况下工作。这些框可以选择，但是一旦点击“提交”按钮，选择就会显示在“感谢您的评论”页面上。我无法弄清楚如何让复选框选择出现在实际的电子邮件中。

我已经尝试过各种php功能，我发现人们在论坛和教程中使用。没有任何内容将复选框信息附加到电子邮件。我似乎无法找到任何人知道如何做到这一点。

“内爆”功能不起作用。 '回声'功能不起作用。 '数组'功能不起作用。可能会发生什么？
