XAMPP不启动

其他程序如Skype使用相同的端口。如果您通常使用Skype，并且您不想更改“httpd.conf”，请尝试取消选中选项 - >高级配置 - >允许Skype使用这些端口的连接中的选项。

两种方法：

1 - 尝试改变默认的Apache监听端口从80到81，开放 “的httpd.conf” 谁是（C：\ XAMPP的\ apache的\的conf \ httpd.conf文件）
