对于你的第一份工作,你的输入看起来像文本,所以你可以跳过-inputformat并指定你的输入和输出为typedbytes。您应该以SequenceFile结尾,其中键和值都使用org.apache.hadoop.io.Text。目前,它可能会对Python返回的值进行双重编码。
