从侧边栏删除/添加内容块“不是主页”Magento

Im new to magento and can not find find the answer im img寻找。我刚刚购买了一个模板，并期待着我只修改侧边栏类别/产品视图页面的布局。 （我有通过管理面板分类的主页）。

基本上我该如何着手从侧边栏添加和删除内容块？

PS：magento是否有某种备忘单？
