使用语言资源编译部署MVC应用程序到Azure错误

我正在将一个MVC 5网站部署到Windows Azure网站。本地运行，该网站按预期工作。当我发布到该网站时，出现以下错误。

 Compilation Error 

    Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately. 

    Compiler Error Message: CS0103: The name 'Resources' does not exist in the current context

做其他网站上的一些摸索后，对于其他工作一个解决办法是去资源文件的属性，并设置生成操作为“内容”。

这并没有为工作但是将其设置为'嵌入式资源'
