我仍然不知道为什么会发生这种情况，但似乎打开Android SDK Manager并重新安装包含该错误的软件包可能有所帮助（在我的情况下，安装Android 1.5(API 3)包括SDK平台和Google API），然后再次运行mvn安装程序。

ANDROID_HOME必须指向您的Android SDK而不是ADT。

E.g.我使用

export $ANDROID_HOME=/opt/tools/android-sdk-mac_86
