xampp mysql：选择命令被拒绝

我正在使用Windows 7的xampp。我以root用户身份登录并设置了密码。我创建了一个新的数据库（我第一次使用xampp）。我没有得到任何创建任何表的选项。 它显示了以下错误：

GRANT SELECT ON db.table TO 'user'@'localhost'; 

GRANT ALL ON db1.* TO 'jeffrey'@'localhost'; ------------ i think this is much better.
