联系表格PHP显示为空

Question

我拿了一个标准表格，我总是使用其中包括一个评论。对于这个网站我不需要评论，所以我只留下电子邮件和网址。当我删除我的PHP文件中与评论相关的所有内容时，它会显示一个空白页面，甚至不会出现错误。
