我在我的chaincode中使用了simplejson库，当我尝试部署链码时，出现以下错误，如何将此库安装到面料容器中？我应该安装这个库在订单或我安装我的chaincode的同行？

当我进入容器（docker exec -it peer0 /bin/bash），并尝试运行go get github.com/bitly/go-simplejson时，它告诉我无法识别go命令。
