libev-4.15不能在OSX上编译10.8

FWIW，相同的配置编译罚款CentOS5.6。

原来的问题是，OSX上的“EV_ERROR”在“ev.h”中声明与“/usr/include/sys/event.h”中声明的相冲突。

作为一个修复，我不得不转发声明我使用的ev变量，而不是直接在我的源文件之一中包含ev.h。那就是诀窍。
