我最近将我的Rails应用程序推送到Heroku，并得到一个崩溃错误（日志中的错误H10）。我无法弄清楚什么是错的。

我试过heroku restart，并在Heroku中删除和重新部署我的应用程序。起初，当我将代码推送到Heroku是因为它找不到Procfile时，我收到警告，因此我按照Heroku的建议跟着these instructions安装Puma。

不知道为什么会发生这种情况，我无法找到适用于其他线程的任何内容。有任何想法吗？
