凉亭安装后缺少bower_components文件夹

Question

在个人项目中，我在svn结帐后今天上午跑了npm install && bower install。

所有软件包看起来都是下载并且没有错误地安装，所有的火都是绿色的。

但是安装后，bower_components文件夹仍然丢失。

我测试了bower cache clean但它没有效果。 此外，我更新了我的凉亭版本# npm -g update bower，但它没有更多的效果。

有什么想法？

bower bootstrap-sass#~3.0.2    ENOTFOUND Package bootstrap-sass not found 

引起了脚本的退出。

删除后，它的工作。
