Dockerize Spring Boot App

不幸的是我不能得到一个工作项目。即使是来自Pivotal的官方Tutorial Project也无法启动。

我不知道问题出在哪里。在Linux环境下测试相同的项目可以正常工作（我的问题发生在Windows主机上）。
