如何解决`rails generate ...`命令挂？

刚刚安装并成功将gem "twitter-bootstrap-rails"添加到gemfile并成功捆绑; Bundle complete!与twitter-bootstrap-rails 3.2.0。然后按照宝石文档的指示尝试; rails generate bootstrap:install static但命令只是挂起。如何解决`rails generate ...`命令挂？

经过大量的搜索this link建议春天是问题，并尝试spring stop。运行此并再次调用generate一切正常。谢谢spring stop，现在去了解更多关于spring究竟是什么和做什么！
