根据我的经验，使用小数HTML实体代码是解决方案。这应该适用于HTML和PDF。对于您的情况：

• left square bracket: [
• right square bracket ]

我会写：

https://dist.apache.org/[https://dist.apache.org/repos/[version][project]^]. 

如果使用实体很多，你可以使用变量：

:left_sb: [ 
:rigth_sb: ]
