用Row.MissingCellPolicy.CREATE_NULL_AS_BLANK替换您的Row.CREATE_NULL_AS_BLANK。

和使用您的“常规” 进口（例如：import org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.Row;）

我是用v3.14，其更新为v3.17，并得到了同样的错误。在这些版本之间的某处，CREATE_NULL_AS_BLANK被包装在MissingCellPolicy枚举中，因此出现了错误。
