我的任务是设计一个Python程序，允许三个用户之一（Alice，Bob和Charles）输入所需的密码。我的程序将确定它是否是有效的密码。另外，我的程序还应该检查过去是否该用户已经使用过该密码，并且如果他们之前使用过该密码，则会返回一条错误消息。用户名/密码检查器出错

我已成功编写用户名和密码条件，但无法在用户有或尚未输入密码时获取代码以返回无效/有效的消息。

您需要将and操作更改为or运营商已经使用过的密码，并附在括号。
