如何仅显示tail -f中新记录的内容？

正常情况下，tail -f显示10-15个已经记录的内容。我怎样才能避免它？我只想查看新记录的内容。尾部命令中是否有切换？请指教。

只需设置回零线：

tail -n 0 -f /var/log/syslog 

男子尾：

-n, --lines=K 
      output the last K lines, instead of the last 10; or use -n +K to output lines starting with the Kth
