好吧我想通了。发生了什么是其他一些bitcoind进程已经僵尸出来，并且正在监听这个进程试图访问的端口。我跑这个命令来杀死其他进程

killall -9 bitcoind

此外，为了创建更regtest块（而在您的节点目录）使用此命令。
