Readthedocs本地服务器在构建期间卡住触发状态

Question

我已经安装了local instance of Readthedocs server，但无论何时我尝试构建github存储库，应用程序都卡在触发状态！。

没有错误或异常，只需定期信息消息：

对于我我发现如果我运行命令python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000就会生成文档，但如果我使用我的计算机ip地址，将会卡住触发状态;该解决方案是使用上面的命令，而是添加以下readthedocs /设置/ local_settings.py：
